Potrivit unui comunicat al Ministerului Muncii \u0219i Solidarit\u0103\u021bii Sociale (MMSS), au fost, astfel, reglementate \u0219i definite mai clar p\u0103r\u021bile care ini\u021biaz\u0103 \u0219i particip\u0103 la negocierea colectiv\u0103 sectorial\u0103, la fiecare nivel de negociere, unitate, grup de unit\u0103\u021bi, sectorial \u0219i na\u021bional, at\u00e2t pentru mediul public, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru mediul privat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"stk-highlight\">\u201eDecizia a fost luat\u0103 pentru a putea fi duse la \u00eendeplinire Recomand\u0103rile de \u021bar\u0103 primite din partea Comisiei Europene \u00een perioada 2016-2022, cele ale Organiza\u021biei Interna\u021bionale a Muncii din 2015, 2018, 2022 \u0219i dispozi\u021biile prev\u0103zute prin Programul Na\u021bional de Redresare \u0219i Rezilien\u021b\u0103 \u0219i pentru a elimina orice alte lacune legislative care pot genera efecte negative la nivel economic pe pia\u021ba muncii\u201d, precizeaz\u0103 MMSS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"stk-highlight\">Printre modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile aduse Legii nr. 367\/2022 de noua ordonan\u021b\u0103 de urgen\u021b\u0103 se reg\u0103sesc:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/25aa.svg\" alt=\"\u25aa\" \/><\/strong>\u00a0introducerea, \u00een cadrul denumirii generice de organiza\u021bie sindical\u0103, a uniunii sindicale teritoriale, al\u0103turi de sindicat, federa\u021bia sindical\u0103 \u0219i confedera\u021bia sindical\u0103, care se constituie pe baza dreptului de liber\u0103 asociere a lucr\u0103torilor, \u00een scopul promov\u0103rii intereselor lor profesionale, economice, sociale, cultural-artistice \u0219i sportive, dar \u0219i pentru ap\u0103rarea drepturilor lor individuale \u0219i colective, prev\u0103zute \u00een contractele colective \u0219i individuale de munc\u0103, acordurile colective de munc\u0103 \u0219i raporturile de serviciu, conven\u021biile colective de munc\u0103, precum \u0219i \u00een legisla\u021bia na\u021bional\u0103, pactele, tratatele \u0219i conven\u021biile interna\u021bionale la care Rom\u00e2nia este parte;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/25aa.svg\" alt=\"\u25aa\" \/>\u00a0<\/strong>redefinirea no\u021biunii de sectoare de negociere colectiv\u0103, ca fiind sectoarele economiei na\u021bionale \u00een care partenerii sociali convin s\u0103 negocieze colectiv \u0219i care se stabilesc de c\u0103tre Consiliul Na\u021bional Tripartit pentru Dialog Social;
